Ronald R. Patterson, LFACHE

Ronald R. Patterson, LFACHE, serves as President
of JohnMarch Interim Management Solutions. 
Mr. Patterson is responsible for the day-to-day
operations and business development of the
wholly-owned division of JohnMarch Partners. 
Mr. Patterson also serves as Executive Vice
President of the parent company.

Mr. Patterson has spent over 35 years in
executive management positions in both not for profit
and investor owned hospitals and multi-facility health care systems.

Mr. Patterson has participated as an executive in the start up
for two publicly traded companies and has been intimately
involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions of both hospitals
and multi-facility organizations. Hospitals under his operational
control have spanned the entire United States. He has been
responsible for hiring and leading hospital executive teams to
meet performance expectations.

Mr. Patterson was appointed and served on the Board of Mangers
of a large health care system with three hospitals and 20 clinics. 
While on the board he chaired the quality committee, served on
the finance committee and chaired the hospital owned HMO.

He founded and for the past 10 years has operated a management
consultancy practice providing strategic resources and advisory services,
specializing in executive coaching, strategic direction, team facilitation,
health care organization management, governance and executive search.

Clients have included hospitals, health care systems, investor groups,
executive search firms, attorneys, architects, and construction
management firms.

Mr. Patterson holds a Master of Science degree from Trinity University
and is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
