Shelia R. Robason

Shelia Robason joined JohnMarch Partners in
January 2005 and serves as Director of Operations.
Ms. Robason brings over 15 years of experience
in business and operations management.  She is
responsible for the management of accounting,
process and procedure, assist with recruiting,
marketing and business development.

Prior to joining JohnMarch, Ms. Robason served
as National Operations Manager, Business Manager
and Program Manager with a national staffing firm.
Ms. Robason was responsible for the management
and implementation of the accounting center and
for the development of processes and procedures
which received ISO 9000 certification in 2001.  She
was also responsible for the branch and the on-site
office management of national accounts for Fujitsu,
JC Penney, Verizon and Texas Instruments.

Previously, from 1986-1977, Ms. Robason served as
Operations Accountant with an International Oil &
Gas Company.  Ms. Robason was responsible for the
accounting, federal and state reporting of drilling and
production for onshore and offshore operations.
