Gary Pfleiger serves as the President and Chief
Executive Officer, he directs the day to day operations
for JohnMarch Partners.
Previously, as Director of Volt Information Sciences,
Mr. Pfleiger managed Fujitsu Network Services national
contract, with up to 1800 contract workers; increased
operations to a staff of 40, including recruiting,
project management, accounting and administration
in Texas, Colorado, and New Jersey and increased annual
sales to over $50,000.00.
Earlier, as President of Videcom, Inc., Mr. Pfleiger designed,
developed and sold airline and airport software, including:
negotiation of contract and project management of the
Southwest Airlines "e-ticket" application under strict ,
short timelines. As President, he increased sales by
200% and profits by more than 500%; increasing sales
and marketing territory from the U.S. to worldwide; and
opening the China airport market while writing and
negotiating China airport contracts.
In the 1980's, Mr. Pfleiger owned and operated Dodge
Central, Inc., a company with annual sales of $40,000,000
and 110 employees. During this time, Dodge Central
achieved Top Dealership Sales Club membership (top 10%)
for three years. Mr. Pfleiger also served as President of the
Orange Country Motor Car Dealers' Association as well as
serving as President of the Southern California Dodge
Dealers' Association.
Previously, as Regional Manager of California and as Vice
President of a National Insurance Agency, Mr. Pfleiger
increased sales $2,000,000 (profit 50%). During his
tenure, Mr. Pfleiger elevated California sales from fifth
place to first place region nationally.
In the late 1970's, Mr. Pfleiger joined Cal Worthington
Enterprises as Operations Manager. Mr. Pfleiger was
responsible for dealerships in Sacramento and Long
Beach, CA; Anchorage, AK; and Phoenix, AZ.
He serviced in the Air Force from 1964 to 1977, rising
in the rank of Major. He flew the RF-4C with 2200
hours and 150 missions in Vietnam; and was functional
test pilot for 5 years.
Mr. Pfleiger was Chief of Soviet Aircraft and Tactics
Branch, at USAFE Headquarters in Germany. In addition
he was Executive Office for Major General with a staff of
1200. Theaters of experience included Germany, 3 years;
France 1 year; England 3 years; and Vietnam, 1 year.
Awards received included Bronze Star, Air Medals,
Distinguished Flying Cross and Combat Readiness Medal.
Mr. Pfleiger holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in
Physics and minor in Mathematics. He earned his Master
of Arts Degree in Russian Studies with a Thesis in computer
courses in programming, statistical analysis and research.
