UAE has turned out to be the best place among Eastern Mediterranean, Asian Subcontinent, Africa, Middle East and Central Asia. More than 80% of the working population in UAE includes foreigners, thus creating higher level of competition. However, looking for job is not so easy, and the candidates need helping hand to find the best offers and genuine for themselves. Recruitment agencies in UAE are there to help job seekers. The candidates interested to work in UAE can contact such agencies, take prior appointments, and then appear for the interview with the companies.

How to apply for jobs? It would be wise decision to look for jobs in Dubai with the help of recruitment agencies in UAE. The candidates should start making a list of companies they want to apply for, and side by side find jobs that suit their profile. The candidates must secure a position before reaching the place of job. The companies in Dubai prefer candidates with higher-levels of formal qualifications and a decent work experience in their respective domains.

A work experience or language abilities of any Middle East country will be an additional advantage. However, the candidates must be clear about the type of job they want to get in. Changing the field or domain will not be advisable as it takes years to build up a career.

They also work out on the specific skills of the candidate and highlight them on the resume. Such agencies present skills and experience of the candidates wisely and nicely. A number of HR companies and recruitment agencies are there in UAE that can help candidates to find jobs in UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and other Middle East countries.
They can very well define the experience of the candidate in the particular field, along with the potential benefits you bring to the job. The properly defined information will surely be very useful for prospective employers. Most of the recruitment agencies in UAE follow the same pattern of working, which is followed in similar organisations in the US. For the potential candidates, registering with a recruitment agency is always profitable, as it provides options to take help of professionals and even post their resume with the concerned employers online.

Between a Hollywood superstar and a voice actor, the latter realistically works harder. It’s real tough for him to convey feelings and emotions while reading, fully knowing that he will not be seen on the screen. The voice actor must be able to empathize with the character that he portrays and make sure that he breathes life into the script. This is where voice over training comes into play.

Voice over training aids voice actors learn the craft and find gainful employment in a growing area. There are 1000s of cartoon and animated TV shows, web shows, TV/radio advertisements, web videos, and movies being made regularly. Take note that about 20 to 30 characters make up the cast of a single movie or TV show. The opportunities for a voice talent basically abound internationally.

Basic skills needed to join a voice over training course

Diction is one of the most vital tools of the trade. Perfect enunciation is demanded from the student, hence, it is necessary for him to go to speech classes to master his diction. Every voice over actor has two roles to fulfill – “lending voice” and “acting.” So, fantastic diction is not enough to start voice over training – the student must also enroll in an acting course before joining the voice over course.

What does a voiceover training course teach?

The student learns how to evaluate and interpret commercial copy for announcer and real-person roles. Interpreting narrative copy, as well as technical copy, are learned as well. The course educates the student how to proficiently coordinate mind, mouth and voice so that he can sound true to his character. The student also learns how to take direction.

Reading, recording, play back, and listening are done over and over again in an excellent voice talent training course. This is done in order for students to get it right. Students warm-up and perform vocal exercises and learn strategies like timing, inflection, and articulation. They figure out how to preserve their voice fitness. Half-way into the voice over training course, students become proficient at using and modifying tone, pitch, delivery speed and volume for a selection of jobs.

After the main training is over, students learn how to market their skills, tap the right contacts, and get voice over work. Instructors of the voice over program also help them in creating a voice over demo, which would become part of their portfolio. A solid voice over training program gives students the opportunity to work in a real studio and understand what they should and shouldn’t do in a sound booth and when behind the microphone.

Choosing a voice over training program

There are two aspects to voice training. A commercial voice over course must be chosen by students who are interested in selling. Commercial voice talents are employed for selling. TV advertisements, radio ads, phone and other media feature these voice overs. Selling skills are also covered by a voice over course considering that all commercial voice overs sell a service or a product. Acting skills are not covered by this course. If a student is fascinated in showbiz, then he should opt for dubbing and a movie or TV voice over course. Such courses require lip-synching, and so the voice over actor has to learn acting skillsets too.

To end, all the world’s a stage and we must play a part. So if you would like to be a voice talent, and you want to learn how to raise your voice, better enroll in a reputable voice actor training course.

It is quite difficult for a voice actor to put feelings and emotions to what he is reading, all the while knowing that he’s not seen on screen. He must get into the skin of the character and pump life into the dialogues. This is where voice over training comes into play.

Voice over artists are able to learn the craft of voice acting and find good employment in this field by going through voice over training. There are 1000s of cartoon and animated TV shows, web shows, TV/radio advertisements, web videos, and movies being made continually. Take note that about 20 to 30 characters make up the cast of a single movie or TV show. The prospects for a voice talent actually abound internationally.

Basic skills required to join a voice over training course

Diction is one of the most important tools of the trade. Perfect enunciation is required from the student, hence, it is necessary for him to go to speech classes to master his diction. Every voice over actor has two roles to fulfill – “lending voice” and “acting.” This means that acquiring a perfect diction is not adequate to be able to join a voice over training, enrolling in an acting course is also necessary for the student.

What’s taught in a voiceover training program

The student learns how to analyze and interpret commercial copy for announcer and real-person roles. He also comes to understand how to interpret narrative copy and gets the hang of technical copy as well. The course educates the student how to efficiently coordinate mind, mouth and voice so that he can sound true to his character. The student also learns how to take direction.

A great voice actor training course makes students read, record, play back, listen, and then do it repeatedly until they get it right. Students learn techniques such as inflection, timing and articulation. They perform warm-ups and vocal exercises as well. They understand how to maintain their voice health. When students are already half-way into the voice over training program, they become competent at using and adjusting pitch, tone, volume and delivery speed to meet the needs of various types of jobs.

After the main training is over, students learn how to market their skills, tap the right contacts, and get voice over work. The course instructors also help them produce a voice over demo for their portfolio. A solid voice over training course gives students the opportunity to work in a real studio and fully grasp what they should and shouldn’t do in a sound booth and when behind the microphone.

Selecting a voice over training course

There are two facets to voice training. A commercial voice over course must be chosen by students who are interested in selling. Commercial voice overs are employed for selling. TV advertisements, radio ads, phone and other media feature these voice overs. The voice over course also addresses selling skills because all commercial voice overs sell a product or a service. Acting skills are not dealt with by this course. Students who are interested in showbiz must decide on a TV and movie voice over and dubbing course. Such courses require lip-synching, and so the voice over actor has to learn acting skillsets too.

To conclude, all the world’s a stage and we must play a part. So, if you wish to play your part as a voice actor, enroll for a reputed voice actor training program and learn how to raise your voice.

One of the features that we really enjoy about the Taleo system is the fact that it basically comes with your own careers’ websites that you are able to create, and so we were able to really leverage the expertise of the Taleo Company to really, again, take our career websites to the next level. So we’ve been able to add testimonials, use search functionality. And they actually worked—they being the individuals from Taleo—worked together with our web designers to come up with websites that appear as though you are on the Medical College of Wisconsin’s website. So you come to our site to begin with, you click on ‘Career Opportunities’ and it’s actually taking you out to a Taleo site, but it looks exactly like any other webpage you’d go on for the Medical College of Wisconsin. And we have been able to take our career opportunities and divide them into different types, which allows for, you know, better ease for, again, the application process for our candidates, and we really feel that whenever you can simplify that process, you have a better chance of getting people to, you know, walk through that entire application process and actually express interest in a position. So we’ve been able to take what used to be just sort of this large listing of positions and you’d click on it and a clunky sort of job description would come up; we’ve really been able to take that to the next level, and we’ve separated our web pages out into three different types of openings: We’ve got staff …

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 07, 2012

Today Vendormate released a new thought leadership briefing titled, “Vendor Credentialing as a Corporate Function; What You Don?t Know Can Hurt You.” It includes a two part interview series, and hospital vendors can download the briefing by clicking on vendor credentialing. This industry briefing is specifically designed to address four key issues that are of most concern for all healthcare vendors. Both industry experts address the key issues around how to create an efficient vendor credentialing program, a summary of best practices, why the program needs to be a corporate function and the consulting resources available from Vendormate to any healthcare vendor that is either implementing or managing a credentialing program.

Healthcare facilities have launched formal credentialing programs to meet healthcare compliance regulations and other guidelines designed to protect patients and operations. While hospitals have begun to share common practices, healthcare vendors serving the 5,700 acute care hospitals in the U.S. face a variety of credentialing requirements. This can become an administrative nightmare for a vendor’s sales force and can even inhibit their ability to sell. This lack of standardization in vendor credentialing has created administrative and sales management issues for all vendors.

“We want vendors serving hospitals to understand that Vendormate can offer help to more than just the providers,” says Bill Hayes, Vendormate president and COO, “Our experience with healthcare providers trying to mitigate their ever-changing world of risk also puts us in a position to offer vendors advice that can not only make credentialing painless for them ? but, also serve to benefit their bottom line.”

The interview segment addresses other key issues of concern to a vendor in addition to best practices. As head of Vendormate’s Credentialing Consulting Services, Jennifer Nickle?s interview offers insight into the many ways her group can partner with a vendor organization to help them create an efficient vendor sales representative credentialing program that is managed at the corporate level. She discusses important business issues such as key managers in the hospital vendor organization often do not have an understanding of the importance of credentialing for the sales force or the financial impact.

Jennifer Nickle notes that “If sales reps are constantly chasing credentials instead of selling, or worse, signing hospital policies they shouldn’t, just to get in the door, then it can very quickly become a company-wide problem. This is an important issue for vendors because poor credentialing can stop sales reps from doing their jobs which means lost revenue for the company. Not having a formal program can impact a vendor in several ways; financially, legally and in terms of efficiency. So, why not proactively address this on the front-end with a streamlined credentialing process managed at the corporate level?”

Taking pictures from close distance got kind of boring, so my fellow bloggers and I went to the 13th floor of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing building and tried our luck there. The preliminary fireworks were cancelled again, so we had only 8 minutes to frame the shot and do the job. What I particularly like about this photo is the trail of an airplane landing at Zagreb Pleso Airport.

Classifieds are an important concept in business recruitment process. The newspaper comprises a classifieds ads page which has various advertisements of different categories regarding to jobs, business tenders, marriages, deals of various properties.
How the classified ads are helpful for both the advertisers & users:
